What counts as a content review?
Each time a piece of marketing content is submitted for AI compliance analysis, that counts as one review. Revisions and re-submissions each count separately.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your trial runs for 14 days with access to the core review and evidence workflow. At the end, you choose a plan and enter billing details. No automatic charges during the trial.
Are regulation packs updated automatically?
Yes. RegOak monitors FCA, CBI, and MiFID II guidance and pushes pack updates to all tenants. You receive in-app notifications when packs are updated.
Is my data stored in the UK?
Yes. All data is stored in UK-based Supabase infrastructure. We do not transfer personal or compliance data outside the UK/EEA.
What is included in the website scanner?
The website scanner crawls your public-facing pages and checks content against your active regulation packs. Starter includes 25 pages/month; Professional includes up to 500 pages/month.
